Surgery Center
When you or a loved one needs surgery, we know what a big deal it is—and we want you to be close to home, surrounded by loved ones when you need it most. That’s why we’ve developed one of the most advanced surgical centers in west central Minnesota with nationally recognized surgeons and the world-renowned da Vinci Xi and Mako robots, for robotic-assisted surgeries. There’s no reason to travel for the surgery you need. We’re proud to offer the very best care from surgeons who truly care.
The Alomere Health Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art facility with 10 operating rooms and an endoscopy unit where we perform over 8,400 procedures every year—many of them robot-assisted, for greater accuracy and faster recovery. We also have a surgical consulting clinic onsite, where we can work with you to determine exactly what you need.
With the world-renowned da Vinci Xi and Mako robots at Alomere Health, our surgeons are able to offer an extraordinary level of surgical quality to our patients for laparoscopic surgery and knee and hip replacements.
Our highly skilled surgeons are leaders in laparoscopic surgery and knee and hip replacements—and our robotic technology gives them even greater precision. The da Vinci Xi and Mako robots extend their eyes and hands, providing high-definition 3D magnification—for crystal-clear, totally immersed views that are illuminated with incredible detail, right through other tissues. These specialized robotic instruments amplify our surgeons’ dexterity and accuracy, enabling them to do what they do even better.
For patients with procedures that qualify, robot-assisted surgery means smaller and fewer incisions, leading to fewer pain medications and faster recoveries. Post-surgical hospitalization can be reduced from a few days to just a few hours.
