All Alomere Health employees who are regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for the following benefits and perks:
Our health+ clinic provides office visits and prescription medications for little to no cost to Alomere Health employees and their dependents who are on a medical insurance plan.
We offer a variety of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans that are designed to fit the diverse needs of you and your family. We also offer the option to participate in a Health Care Savings Accounts, where you can save tax-free dollars to pay for health care expenses that aren’t covered by your medical, dental, or vision plans.
This plan allows you to invest money in a tax-free account while you are employed at Alomere Health or by any Minnesota public employer. Once you leave employment, you may access this money for reimbursement of eligible medical expenses incurred by you and your dependents.
Alomere Health provides all benefit-eligible employees with $50,000 or one times your annual earnings in life insurance.
We provide disability insurance options that can replace a portion of your income if you are unable to work due to a qualified disability.
Through our Employee Assistance Programs, we offer support with mental health, stress reduction, mindfulness, family planning, career coaching, work-life balance, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, sleep health, and much more. All employees have access to a wide range of free and confidential tools and resources.
We offer paid time off for holidays, vacation, personal time, and/or illness.
All eligible employees of Alomere Health are automatically enrolled in PERA (Public Employees Retirement Association). All eligible employees contribute 6.5% of their salary to PERA and Alomere Health contributes 7.5%.
We partner with companies that specialize in financial planning to offer additional retirement savings opportunities. These companies can help you prepare for financial security secure later in life.
We provide access to Aflac’s insurance policies, which offer supplemental benefits in the case of disability, accidents, and/or out-of-pocket medical expenses.
All Alomere employees have free access to our Employee Fitness Center, which is located on the lower level of the Alomere Health hospital. The center is open 24/7.
