Wound, Ostomy & Continence Care

We help healing happen.

When your body is struggling with an acute or chronic condition, you may need additional care from one of our specially trained nursing professionals. Perhaps you’ve developed a diabetic ulcer, you have delayed healing from a recent surgery, you’re recovering from burns, or you have an ongoing illness that’s causing complications. Whatever the cause, our certified wound ostomy continence nurses (CWOCNs) can help you get the support you need.

The longer a chronic wound goes untreated, the greater risk there is for infection and other complications, so our CWOCN team has advanced training in how to care for non-healing, acute, and chronic wounds. We work together to do everything possible to promote wound healing and improve quality of life.
