Steven Solum was born and raised in Douglas County.  Dr. Solum received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 2014, and completed his residency training at the University of Minnesota Family Residency Program in Saint Cloud, MN in 2015.  For the past couple of years, he has served as an Assistant Faculty with the residency program in Saint Cloud.  His goal is to partner with patients to develop appropriate medical care for individuals. His desire is to treat patients at all life stages, including pediatrics, maternity/obstetrics, acute and chronic care as well as office procedures.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Solum likes to spend time with his wife and children, as well as developing new and diverse hobbies. Dr. Solum joined Alexandria Clinic on September 4, 2019.
