Scott Harder is a native of rural Minnesota. He was born and raised on a family farm near Mountain Lake, Minnesota. Following high school, he attended the University of Minnesota Morris in Morris, MN, where he ran track and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biology. Scott received a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN, and is a certified Physician Assistant. He began his medical practice here at Alexandria Clinic.

When not seeing patients, Scott enjoys woodworking, running, and cooking. Both he and his wife Bethany (a registered nurse) have a passion for orphaned children in East Africa, and have made frequent trips to Kenya. They live in Alexandria, MN, and are expecting their first child.
