Leah Cruze grew up in Spirit Lake, IA. She attended the University of Iowa receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science as well as her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She has special interests in orthopedics, women’s health, and pediatrics.

Leah’s husband, Jake, is also a physical therapist at DCH/HOS. They fell in love with Alexandria and moved here in 2014 from the Twin Cities. Leah loves spending time with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys being active outdoors, running, hiking, and cycling as often as she can.
