Dr. Anna Gregoire received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Duluth. With an internship from Wayne State University in Detroit and a Dermatology residency at Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin, Dr. Gregoire also has a Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery certification from the American Board of Dermatology.

A Minnesota native, Dr. Gregoire grew up in Marshall and has always felt a deep connection to rural communities. She took advantage of the Rural Physician Associate Program (RPAP) and received some practical experience during her education in Willmar, MN. After completing her residency, Dr. Gregoire established a new dermatology practice in her home town. “I loved serving the community in Marshall, but I was the only dermatologist. I’m really looking forward to working alongside Dr. Harvey and Dr. Nesvick here—it’s great to be part of a team.”

Beyond medicine, Dr. Gregoire is excited to relocate to Alexandria with her husband and their four boys. “We’re an outdoorsy family, so the lakes, parks, and trails are a huge draw. And being close to my parents makes it feel like home already.”
