Dr. Jayme Danielson grew up outside the Fargo-Moorhead area and attended high school in Glyndon, MN. He graduated from Concordia College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry. He attended Des Moines University and graduated with a D.O. Degree in 2010. He then completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at University of Iowa- Des Moines in 2013. Dr. Danielson has special interests in Hospital Medicine, diabetes, and liver disease. He is an active member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Danielson lives in Alexandria with his wife Shanna and their two sons. He enjoys fishing, music, sports, travel and spending time with his family. Dr. Danielson joined Alexandria Clinic July 2013.
Deborah S. Dittberner, M.D.

Dr. Deborah Dittberner was born in St. Paul, MN. She graduated from Concordia Academy in 1982 and received her B.A. Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN in 1986, majoring in Biology and Athletic Training. She then spent two years working in the health fitness industry before returning to school. In 1992, she graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. She completed her Family Medicine Residency through the University of Minnesota at Fairview Riverside Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. She began her practice at the Alexandria Clinic, P.A. in August 1995.
Her special interests include women and children’s health and sports medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Women’s Association. Dr. Dittberner and her husband, Jay Sieling, reside in Alexandria with their three children, Emma, William and Julianna. Her interests include being a mom, reading, kayaking and playing the piano.

Holly Eischens, Au.D, CCC-A
Dr. Holly Eischens attended the University of South Dakota for both her undergraduate and graduate training. In 2009, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and in 2013, received a Doctor of Audiology degree. Dr. Eischens is a State of Minnesota licensed audiologist, and holds a certificate of clinical competence through the National American Speech Language and Hearing association.
Dr. Eischens specialized in audiologic examinations, as well as hearing aid fittings and servicing. Her passion comes from the trust a patient instills in her to care for them. The relationships she develops with her patients are lifelong, and there is nothing more rewarding to Dr. Eischens than her patients’ trust in her to provide the highest quality of care.
Dr. Eischens wants her patients to know that her education has prepared her to provide the best practices of care, but what sets her apart from others is her compassion to help others. Her philosophy of patient care is to use a patient centered approach. Every patient has unique hearing loss and communication needs, therefore, it is important to complete appropriate testing and actively listen to identify their needs for the most effective recommendations and treatment outcomes.
For fun, Dr. Eischens enjoys being outdoors, reading, cooking and most importantly spending time with her family. Alexandria is a beautiful place to live, and she takes any chance she can to enjoy the beautiful lakes with her family.

Emma Erickson, M.D.

Emma Erickson grew up in Alexandria, Minnesota. She ventured north to attend University of Minnesota Duluth (go bulldogs!) graduating with degrees in Biomedical Science and Hispanic Studies. Dr. Erickson received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 2017, and completed her residency training at University of Minnesota Methodist Residency Program in St. Louis Park, emphasizing her experience with extra training in lactation medicine, nursing home care and advocacy.
She meets people where they are at to take care of the whole family, from newborns to adolescents to well adults to managing the end of life. She loves getting to know her patients and works to impact health disparities in our communities. Dr. Erickson and her husband, Colin are thrilled to return to their hometown with their son Finn and dog Gertie!
Siegfried (Sig) Feierabend, M.D.
As a specialty-trained orthopedic surgeon, I provide care for the shoulder, hip, and knee, including joint replacements, shoulder and knee arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, fracture care, the treatment and care of hand injuries and disorders, and more. With my background as a mechanical engineer, I am able to apply the precision instruments and state-of-the-art materials that I studied in engineering to the human body. I enjoy that I can see this science and evidence-based orthopedic care work together to directly improve the quality of my patients’ lives.

Dr. Shan Flatt graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences with her Doctor of Medicine in May 2011. She did her Family Medicine Residency at Altru in Grand Forks. Her professional affiliations include the American Medical Association and Christian Medical and Dental Association.
Dr. Flatt volunteered at MeritCare Children’s Hospital, Planned Parenthood, the YWCA, and also assisted in the clean up of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Her personal interests include spending time with family and friends, painting, reading, playing piano, and Alpine Skiing.
Brianna Gustafson, DPT

Brianna Gustafson is an Alexandria native and 2009 graduate of Jefferson High School. Following graduation, Brianna attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. In the spring of 2017, Brianna earned her Physical Therapy Doctoral Degree at the University of North Dakota.
Brianna enjoys treating patients of all ages and conditions. She has continued her post-professional training, becoming Manual Therapy Certified which focuses on a hands-on approach for treating pain and dysfunction. Brianna lives in Alexandria with her husband and son. She enjoys time spent with family and friends, working on projects at her home, and getting outside for some fresh air.
Kurt L. Hansberry, M.D.
Dr. Kurt Hansberry was born in a military hospital in Panama. He traveled extensively throughout the southwestern United States while his father was serving in the United States Army. He received his M.D. Degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1983. He completed his Categorical Surgical Internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in 1984 while serving on active duty with the United States Army. Dr. Hansberry then directed a troop medical clinic in Korea for one year prior to doing his residency in Urology from 1985 to 1990 at Brooke Army Medical Center. After completing his residency, he was on the teaching faculty and was Assistant Chief of Urology at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. He obtained his board certification from the American Board of Urology in 1992 and recertification in 2002. He is a member of the American Urological Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists and Society of Government Service Urologists.
Dr. Hansberry joined the Alexandria Clinic in July 1996. He and his wife, Kathy, and family reside in Alexandria. He enjoys family activities, running and especially golf.
Scott R. Harder, PA-C

Scott Harder is a native of rural Minnesota. He was born and raised on a family farm near Mountain Lake, Minnesota. Following high school, he attended the University of Minnesota Morris in Morris, MN, where he ran track and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biology. Scott received a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN, and is a certified Physician Assistant. He began his medical practice here at Alexandria Clinic.
When not seeing patients, Scott enjoys woodworking, running, and cooking. Both he and his wife Bethany (a registered nurse) have a passion for orphaned children in East Africa, and have made frequent trips to Kenya. They live in Alexandria, MN, and are expecting their first child.
