Sarah Breitzman Joins Lakes E.N.T.

Working alongside the Lakes E.N.T. team, Alexandria native, Sarah Breitzman, MS, APRN, CNP, is helping to expand access for patients dealing with ear, nose, and throat concerns.

Sarah grew up in Alexandria, graduated from Alexandria Area High School, and spent 15 years living in the Twin Cities before moving back to the lakes area a decade ago to raise her family. For the last 10 years, she’s loved caring for employees and their families at an employer health and wellness clinic.

But E.N.T. has always been a passion. Before returning to Alexandria, she worked in allergy and asthma care alongside an E.N.T. practice in the Cities, and she she never forgot it. So when the opportunity at Lakes E.N.T. came up, she didn’t hesitate.

Alomere added audiologist, Dr. Kristen Dargay, in 2025 to work alongside Dr. Holly Eischens, and now Sarah’s arrival continues that growth. The goal: give Dr. William Richards more time in the operating room for more complex procedures. Sarah will support the team by helping out with pre-op and post-op visits, and caring for patients dealing with dizziness, hearing loss, and other acute E.N.T. symptoms. Ultimately, the addition of Sarah on the team means Alomere can serve more rural Minnesotans with big-city care and shorter wait times.

For Sarah this isn’t just a new role—it’s a chance to serve the community in a really important role. “I’ve suffered from E.N.T. issues myself, so serving my friends and neighbors in this way is very important to me.”

When she’s not at the clinic, Sarah’s usually outside—gardening, fishing, and enjoying life on the lake with her husband, two sons, and two very spoiled dogs.
