Alomere Health Announces Dr. Paul Kietzmann as Ambulatory Care Chief Medical Officer
Alomere Health is pleased to announce that Dr. Paul Kietzmann has accepted the role of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for Ambulatory Care, effective December 1. In this part-time position, Dr. Kietzmann will join Alomere’s senior leadership team, bringing additional clinical insight and collaborative leadership to support the organization’s ambulatory care strategy.
In his new role, Dr. Kietzmann will partner closely with providers and leaders across the organization to further integrate operational, clinical, and business objectives. His work will center on advancing quality, safety, and efficiency in patient care while strengthening alignment with Alomere’s strategic direction.

Dr. Kietzmann, who joined Alexandria Clinic in 2008, brings significant leadership experience, including past service as President of the Medical Staff, President of the Alexandria Clinic, and roles on the Medical Staff Performance Improvement Committee and the Alexandria Clinic Board. Known for his mentorship and collaborative approach, he has long been recognized as both a formal and informal leader within Alomere Health.
