Dr. Sprengeler grew up in St. Cloud, MN.  She graduated from Concordia University, St Paul, MN with a degree in Biochemistry. She earned her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Minnesota. She graduated from her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2014 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She moved to Alexandria, Minnesota after residency and has been here ever since. Dr. Sprengeler enjoys seeing patients in all areas of ob gyn but is especially interested in treating abnormal bleeding, uterine fibroids, uterine prolapse, urinary incontinence, high risk pregnancies, and patients who struggle with infertility.  She is proficient in vaginal surgery, laparoscopy, prolapse surgeries, and hysteroscopy.  

Dr. Sprengeler lives in Alexandria with her family.  She loves the water and will find any excuse to get out on the lake or up to the cabin.  She also enjoys gardening and bonfires.  The kids raise and show poultry and sheep in 4-H at the Douglas County Fair.
