
Sarah Sprengeler
M.D.
Dr. Sprengeler grew up in St. Cloud, MN. She graduated from Concordia University, St Paul, MN with a degree in Biochemistry. She earned her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Minnesota. She graduated from her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2014 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She moved to Alexandria, Minnesota after residency and has been here ever since. Dr. Sprengeler enjoys seeing patients in all areas of ob gyn but is especially interested in treating abnormal bleeding, uterine fibroids, uterine prolapse, urinary incontinence, high risk pregnancies, and patients who struggle with infertility. She is proficient in vaginal surgery, laparoscopy, prolapse surgeries, and hysteroscopy.
She resides here with her husband, Mike, and their five children. Her family enjoys raising chickens and fainting goats, in addition to other four-legged 4H projects that change from year to year but have included Boer goats, Duroc swine, and Suffolk sheep. Dr. Sprengeler loves water and spends as much time at the lake as she can. She also loves gardening and hopes to be a master gardener someday.
