Maxwell Berscheit grew up in Plymouth, MN.  He graduated from Grandview College in Des Moines, IA., with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008.  As a Registered Nurse, Max gained an array of knowledge working with a multitude of diverse patients.  He spent ten years working at Methodist Hospital; four years on the Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Urology, Hospice, ENT floor and six years in the Intensive Care Unit. Through Purdue University, he completed the Adult Gerontology Nursing Practitioner program in 2018 and received his Masters of Science Degree in Nursing. He has a strong passion for the elderly, palliative and hospice care.

In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with his niece and nephew.  Max’s parents had a cabin in the Alexandria area and he spent most of his summers growing up on the lake.  He is excited to be back in the Alexandria area, as he always considered it his home-away-from-home.
