Carrie Soine grew up in and graduated from the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City area. She received her Associate Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 2000 from Lake Superior College in Duluth, after which she moved back to the Willmar area. After working at Appleton Area Health Services for a private contractor for 11 years, Carrie joined the DCH/AC team in 2012. She enjoys working with a variety of patient types from young to old, balance deficits to spine and orthopedic patients.

Carrie lives in the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg area with her husband, Terry, and their two girls. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, reading cooking and gardening.
