Resada “Sadie” Enberg

PT, DPT, ATC

Sadie Enberg was born and raised in Montevideo, MN, and spent the majority of her childhood summers up on Lake Miltona at her family cabin.  She attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, majoring in Athletic Training and minoring in Spanish. After undergrad, Sadie worked for four years in Cambridge, MN with Allina Health, functioning as a physician extender in their non-surgical orthopedic clinic and also providing athletic training coverage at the Braham and Cambridge-Isanti High Schools.  She attended physical therapy school at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, graduating with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2016.  Following graduation, she worked in Willmar and Marshall, MN for ACMC Health, which has since transitioned to CentraCare.  In early 2019, she joined what is now CCM Health in Montevideo as a staff physical therapist.  During the fall of 2020, Sadie transitioned to the Director of Rehabilitation Services role at CCM Health and continued providing patient care.  She has maintained her certification as an Athletic Trainer, and her physical therapy specialties include vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and sports medicine.

In the summer, Sadie and her family enjoy spending time up on Clitherall Lake. The rest of the year you can typically find the whole family out hunting.
