Welcome the new Director of Rehab Services.
Resada “Sadie” Enberg, PT, DPT, ATC, is overseeing the growth of the region’s leading rehabilitation program.
With previous experience directing Montevideo’s rehab clinic, Sadie is excited to join the Alomere Rehab Services team at a time when their expansion into a new facility means new and improved services previously only found in large cities.
“Alomere now has all of this wonderful space to facilitate all the great things we do here—occupational, physical, and speech therapies—all under one roof. That’s especially great for pediatrics, because they often require multiple services. And the building is designed for growth. We have room to add more therapists and grow our services.”
Sadie, her husband, Corey, five-year-old daughter, Avery, and red lab, Mowgli, are excited about moving to Alexandria. They are making the change because, “Alexandria has more opportunities and resources. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the school district, and our daughter is starting kindergarten this fall. I’m excited to find new ways of getting involved in the community. We like to hunt. If there’s a season for it, we’re hunting it—and we do it as a family. We put Avery in a backpack and she comes out with us. I definitely love the lakes. Summer time is lake time. I also like to read, golf, and hope to join a volleyball league soon.”
Sadie was overjoyed to see the amazing turnout from employees and the community when she hosted the Alomere Pavilion open houses in January of 2024. She got to show off all of the new therapeutic installations, including a pediatrics playground, adult gym with walking track, a mobility area that includes a harness so patients can practice walking without the fear of falling, a therapy pool with an adjustable bottom that lowers patients into the water, and underwater treadmill with camera, and patient rooms specially designed for specific services like standardized cognitive testing, feeding therapy, lymphedema therapy, pelvic floor therapy, splinting, and concussion and vestibular therapy—just to name several.
