Dr. Raflores received her bachelor and medical degree from the University of the Philippines. She completed her Internal Medicine and Hematology Oncology fellowship at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital/Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She is board certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology. She treats adults with cancer, bleeding, clotting disorders, and other hematological problems. She is married with two children and enjoys traveling, snorkeling, and swimming.
