John Helgeson graduated from Albert Lea High School in Albert Lea, MN. He earned his BS degree in Marketing/Finance from Mankato State University in 1988, and then completed a BS degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota in 1996. He has worked for DCH since 1997. He has a special interest in treatment of the spine, but continues to treat all disorders.

John lives in Alexandria with his wife, Sue, and they currently have 3 boys in college. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and all outdoor recreational activities.  He currently has an office at the YMCA.
