Dr. Shan Flatt graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences with her Doctor of Medicine in May 2011.  She did her Family Medicine Residency at Altru in Grand Forks.  Her professional affiliations include the American Medical Association and Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Dr. Flatt volunteered at MeritCare Children’s Hospital, Planned Parenthood, the YWCA, and also assisted in the clean up of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.  Her personal interests include spending time with family and friends, painting, reading, playing piano, and Alpine Skiing.
