Dr. Gregoire joins Dermatology.

This September, Alomere Health is proud to welcome Dr. Anna Gregoire to its growing Dermatology team.
“Some people think of dermatology as a fluffy medical specialty,” says Dr. Gregoire (pronounced greg-wore). “But your skin is the largest organ of your body—and you see it every day. Whether you’re a newborn or a senior, skin health can dramatically impact your quality of life.”
That commitment to improving lives is what drives Dr. Gregoire. Her path to medicine began unexpectedly. Initially pursuing music education, she discovered her true calling while volunteering in a pediatric oncology unit. “That experience showed me the kind of impact I wanted to make,” she recalls. “And even though I didn’t become a teacher, medicine is full of teaching moments—helping patients understand their diagnosis and how to care for themselves at home.”
A Minnesota native, Dr. Gregoire grew up in Marshall and has always felt a deep connection to rural communities. She earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and trained through the Rural Physician Associate Program (RPAP) in Willmar. After completing her internship in Detroit and a dermatology residency in Wisconsin, she returned to Marshall to launch a new dermatology program.

“I loved serving the community in Marshall,” says Dr. Gregoire. “But I was the only dermatologist. I’m really looking forward to working alongside Dr. Harvey and Dr. Nesvick here—it’s great to be part of a team.”
When it came time for her next move, Dr. Gregoire was intentional. She wanted a collaborative dermatology team in a rural setting—where access to care truly makes a difference.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Gregoire,” says Eddie Reif, Alomere Health’s recruitment lead. “With Minnesota’s ongoing provider shortages—especially in rural areas—her arrival is a big win for our community. She’s one of nine new providers joining Alomere this year, helping us expand access to excellent care close to home.”

Beyond medicine, Dr. Gregoire is excited to relocate to Alexandria with her husband and their four boys. “We’re an outdoorsy family, so the lakes, parks, and trails are a huge draw. And being close to my parents makes it feel like home already.”
Starting this September, Dr. Gregoire will be seeing new patients. If you’ve been putting off a skin check or have concerns about your skin health, now is a great time to schedule an appointment by calling 320-762-6107.
