Spotlight: Elizabeth Jenson, DPT.

Elizabeth Jenson, DPT joined Alomere Health in 2022 as their Director of Rehab Services. Having grown up in Edina, Minnesota, Dr. Jenson started her education at Gustavus Adolphus College (B.A. Theatre, Dance, and Anthropology) and completed her Doctorate degree at the University of the Pacific, California. Her education included serving Wounded Warriors at the Navy Medical Center (Balboa, CA), Neuro Pediatric work at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN), and flying all the way to Vietnam on a Medical Mission trip to provide free care and education.
Starting her career at Allina Health, Elizabeth spent 8 years working in their Neuro-Ortho department. She was fortunate to help develop their Parkinson’s, Falls prevention, Stroke fitness, Mental Health Fitness and Concussion programs. Before coming to Alomere, Dr. Jenson lead the Concussion Program at Casa Colina Hospital in Southern California, where she cared for individuals of many walks of life – from helping professional athletes to assisting in recovery for individuals after a fall. Her passion is developing programs to best serve the community, and has lectured nationally about efficient ways to treat Post-Concussion Syndrome.
Elizabeth loves being with her family outdoors, playing volleyball, yoga, and cooking with her kids. She is super excited to be a part of this Alexandria community and Alomere Health’s team of Excellence!
