Chillon McKibbin, C.N.M. was born and raised in Benson, MN. She attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Nursing in 2002. She then worked as a Registered Nurse at the Douglas County Hospital for five years, primarily at The Birthplace as a labor and delivery nurse. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Nurse-Midwifery from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in May 2007. She is certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board and the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She is a member of the A.C.N.M. Chillon is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who specializes in the clinical management of breastfeeding. Her special interests include family planning, pregnancy and birth and preventative healthcare for women of all ages.
Chillon lives in Alexandria with her husband, Bill and daughter, Kaelyn. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, all outdoor activities and scrapbooking.
Allen Medway, M.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Allen Medway grew up on the Gulf Coast of Texas in a small suburb of Houston. After graduating from Pearland High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. He continued his medical education in Lubbock, TX and completed a dual degree program obtaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He then completed his residency training in Urology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Medway has extensive training, research experience with several publications, and an interest in robotic surgery. He is an active member of the American Urological Association.
As a general urologist, his special interests include prostate, renal, and bladder cancers, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse disease, and men's reproductive medicine.
Dr. Medway married his high school sweetheart, who has Midwestern roots. They are looking forward to raising their 6 kids in Minnesota and the Alexandria community. He enjoys playing hockey, soccer, and video games with his children and is always up for an adventure, like a hike or bike ride, and soon he can add winter activities to that list as well!
Sohail Mehmood, M.D.
Hospitalist, Internal Medicine
Dr. Sohail Mehmood joined the staff of Alexandria Clinic on July 15, 2010. He received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Universidad Tecnologica de Santiago, Dominican Republic in 2002 and Emergency Medicine Training from 2005-2007 in the Dominican Republic (Harvard Affiliated). From 1999 – 2007 Dr. Mehmood also worked as Director of an Adult English Program and taught Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Earth Science. From 2007 – 2010 he completed his Internal Medicine Residency Program at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center at New York University where he was awarded Intern of the Year Award in 2007-2008 and Resident of the Year award in 2009-2010. He was also Assistant Chief Resident in 2009-2010. As an Internal Medicine specialist, Dr. Mehmood provides services as a hospitalist.
Melissa Moenkedick, DPT

Melissa Moenkedick is originally from Norfolk, Nebraska. She graduated from Drake University in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2018. Melissa was a travel Physical Therapist at Alomere Health throughout 2018 and 2019, among other Midwest travel PT contracts, before falling in love with Alexandria and moving to the community full-time. Melissa works in outpatient and inpatient rehab settings, and enjoys working with patients of all ages and conditions.
Melissa currently resides in Alexandria with her husband Sam. She enjoys water/snow sports, hiking, attending concerts, paddle boarding, and traveling to visit family and friends.
Betsy A. Moga, RN, CNP

Betsy Moga C.N.P grew up in the Twin Cities. She obtained her B.S. Degree in Nursing from the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, Minnesota. As a Registered Nurse, she gained a broad range of experience in hospital, clinic and community settings. Betsy completed her M.S. Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner training at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
As a nurse practitioner, Betsy previously worked as a hospitalist at St. Cloud Hospital. Her professional interests include diabetes, cardiovascular medicine, health promotion and disease prevention. Betsy and her husband, Vincent, have three sons, William, Joseph and Matthew. In her free time she enjoys watching her boys’ sports, running, camping and spending time with friends and family.

As a fellowship-trained sports medicine specialist, I am dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes through comprehensive treatment and the latest evidence-based procedures, including fracture care, knee ligament reconstruction, shoulder arthroplasty, and minimally invasive joint arthroscopy. Practicing sports medicine allows me the distinct privilege of working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, which is why I’ve chosen to specialize in the field.
I understand the vast importance of having a healthy lifestyle, and when I’m not seeing patients, I enjoy being active with my husband and daughter through hiking, biking, and traveling.

After medical school and residency, I served nine years in the United States Air Force, gaining valuable trauma experience during a combat tour in Iraq. I also had the privilege of caring for the Air Force Academy hockey team, which had just completed its third NCAA tournament appearance. My experience and expertise will help me to improve on an already outstanding team at Heartland Orthopedic Specialists, with the goal of improving the quality of life for the people of west central Minnesota. As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, I am focused on sports medicine and general orthopedics. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with my wife and two children.

Andrea Nyberg grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from Fargo South High School. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Therapeutic Recreation. She then attended St. Catherine University, graduating with a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy. Andrea received her certification in Lymphedema training and education in 2010. She specializes in lymphedema, orthopedic, neurological and general medicine diagnoses. Andrea has worked at Douglas County Hospital since 2009.
Andrea lives in Alexandria, MN, with her husband, Eric, and their three kids. She enjoys spending time at the lake, health and fitness, watching her kids sporting activities and spending time with family and friends.
Julie Olberding, OTR/L

Julie Olberding was born and raised in Alexandria, MN. She graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2000 with a degree in occupational therapy. She joined Douglas County Hospital in 2001. Julie practices in the specialty areas of work rehab, hand therapy and driver rehabilitation. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
She lives near Garfied with her husband, Chad, and their two children. In her spare time, you’ll find Julie outside gardening, making maple syrup, fishing and working on projects with her family.
Trista Osantoski, M.D.
Trista L. Osantoski grew up in Bad Axe, Michigan. She attended Northern Michigan University, graduating with a degree in Biochemistry. Dr. Osantoski received her medical degree from Central Michigan University College of Medicine in 2017 and completed her residency training at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Georgia, in June 2020. Her special interests include Primary Care and Wound Care.
Dr. Osantoski enjoys spending time with her family. Other interests include reading, camping, hiking, and walking her dogs. Dr. Osantoski joins Alexandria Clinic in July 2020.
